Thank you for reminding me of the importance of prayer. I am at the down point of the emotional yo-yo. Our emotions rise and fall several times daily, and we can be and usually are ruled by our feelings. At least to some extent. I was born with clinical depression, so mine can be large falls sometimes. Yet God’s grace and mercy has helped me to overcome the worst of it, and the ability to endure the remainder of it. It makes a big difference having you around now in the form of your blog posts. I was sitting here in semi-darkness after a difficult time of work. I was searching for something to help me go up and not further down. Through the fog or smoke, or whatever causes spiritual darkness, I remembered your posts and I came looking for some of them to read. Sure enough I feel much better and established again on solid ground. You remind me of something that I read as a young man and that I have never forgotten. A man who lived a long time ago wrote in his book, “In each page you’ll find me hiding. I’ll be living when I’m dead. I’ll be firing your ambitions, when these living words are read.” We as sons and daughters of God also speak living words, and we live inside of those words. When you write your blog posts, it is you who visits the readers and you lift up those who take your words to heart. Definitely it is Holy Spirit who ministers life to people, but he uses his daughters and sons as his anointed vessels to carry his life through the words they speak to people. He loves to work through his children using them as co-workers to accomplish his work here in the earth. God bless you and thank you for the help that you give.
